HISTORY

Pytloun Zámecký Hotel Ctěnice **** is part of the Ctěnice castle grounds and is situated in a former granary. This luxury hotel of the Czech hotel chain PYTLOUN HOTELS offers romantic accommodation in 24 rooms with a stylish period atmosphere. Parking is provided in the hotel parking lot and is free for hotel guests. The hotel also has a luxurious restaurant with excellent gastronomy and a rich selection of Czech, Moravian and foreign wines. The hotel also offers the organization of social events, weddings, team building and conferences with a capacity of up to 200 people.

WHEN ENTERING THE HOTEL

At check-in, we will ask you for your reservation number, photo ID and pre-authorization on your payment / credit card in the amount of 2500 CZK / 100 EUR as a guarantee of your stay. We will then issue you a card that will serve as your room key. Its validity expires at 12:00 on the day of your planned departure - if you wish to check out later, we will extend its validity for a fee. On the cover of your card, you will find an express check-out form with instructions for filling it out.

ROOM CLEANING

Regular daily cleaning of all rooms is carried out only on request, during check-in registration or by contacting the hotel reception. Long-term stays (more than 3 nights) will be cleaned after every third night. This service is included in the room price.

Please note that all indoor areas of the hotel are non-smoking, including electronic cigarettes. This rule is general and there are no exceptions. If you smoke in the room, we will charge you a fee of 2000 CZK / 80 EUR for the costs associated with sanitizing the room.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served in the basement
of the hotel from Monday to Sunday
from 7:00 am to 11:00 am.
A rich self-service buffet provides
the finest delicacies you could
wish for for breakfast.
